In October 2013, PSM President Harry Woo received a call from the China organiser of the “Embracing China — World Chinese Photography Competition” to say that one of his black-and-white works, “Time”, had won first prize in the competition, which received more than 7,000 entries.

President Harry Woo also received his Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) on 18 November. The PSM Council congratulates and applauds him on the achievement.
